GCSE Textiles provides an opportunity for students to explore their own individuality in design and through the medium of textiles. An enthusiasm for textiles and design is encouraged and nurtured to produce an innovative textile product. Existing products are studied as well as investigation and discussion to raise awareness of Design and Technology Textiles as a future vocation. This course is 60% coursework and 40% exam.
