Key Stage 4
Provides an opportunity for pupils to develop an awareness of the nature and importance of technology in society. Drawing and 3D visualisation skills are a must as well as enthusiastic interest in producing a 3 dimensional product. Existing products are studied and IT is used in the form of computer-aided design and manufacture systems (CADCAM). This course is 60% coursework and 40% exam.
